Reservation Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to reserve a product for 3 working days for viewing at our Hatton Garden showroom. If full payment is not received, or the item is not collected within this period, it will be released for sale to other customers.
Store Credit Option
The £100 deposit is non-refundable; however, at the customer’s request, it may be applied as store credit towards the purchase of another item within our showroom.
Retention of Reserved Products
Products reserved under a deposit will remain on our premises and will not be released or shipped until full payment has been received.

All visits to our showroom are by appointment only, whether you are purchasing, selling or collecting an item. We kindly encourage you to arrange an appointment immediately after placing your non-refundable deposit to ensure a seamless experience.

This 2024 example combines an exceptionally luxurious 18ct white gold case and President bracelet with Rolex’s distinctive olive green dial, complemented by the iconic fluted white-gold bezel.
