Kings & Queens Watches offers complimentary fully insured delivery for UK orders.

All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 2–3 working days from confirmation of cleared payment. This timeframe allows our team to complete final quality checks, verification procedures and secure packaging before shipment.

Once dispatched, customers will receive confirmation and tracking details.

All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. For security reasons parcels will not be left with neighbours or safe locations.

For purchases made through eBay with a value exceeding £1,500, the watch will first be sent to eBay’s Authentication Centre for verification before being dispatched to the buyer.

International Shipping

Kings & Queens Watches offers international shipping on most orders.

All international orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 2–3 working days from confirmation of cleared payment. This allows time for verification procedures and secure preparation of the watch prior to shipment.

International deliveries may be subject to local customs duties, taxes or import charges depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price.

Whilst we aim to ensure prompt delivery, customs processing times are outside of our control and may occasionally result in delays.

Tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

For legal and compliance reasons we cannot alter declared customs values on shipments.

Shipping Security

All items are fully insured whilst in transit until the parcel has been delivered and signed for at the delivery address.

We do not ship to PO Box addresses or freight forwarding services. Orders may only be shipped to verified billing or delivery addresses associated with the payment method used.

Kings & Queens Watches reserves the right to request additional identity or payment verification prior to dispatch to protect both the customer and our business from fraudulent transactions.

Returns & Refunds

We are confident you will be delighted with your purchase. However, for peace of mind we offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery for all onlibe orders.

To be eligible for a return the item must be returned in its original “as sold” condition including:

• original box and documentation where applicable
• all accessories and bracelet links
• original packaging
• any security tags or seals intact

Any watch fitted with a tamper-proof security label must have the label intact for the return to be accepted.

Removal or damage to the security seal may indicate the watch has been worn or handled beyond inspection and may void eligibility for return.

Customers may handle and inspect the watch as they would in a retail environment. Watches must not be worn or used beyond inspection.

We cannot accept returns for watches that have been worn, altered, engraved or damaged after delivery.

Once a returned item is received it will be inspected by our watch specialists. Refunds will then be processed to the original payment method.

International customs duties or import taxes are non-refundable.

Inspection & Condition Verification

Customers are responsible for inspecting the watch upon delivery. Any concerns regarding the condition of the item must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

Failure to notify Kings & Queens Watches within this period will be deemed acceptance of the item in the condition supplied.

All returned items are inspected upon receipt and Kings & Queens Watches reserves the right to refuse a return or apply a deduction if the item has been worn, damaged, tampered with or altered from its original condition.

Authenticity Guarantee

Kings & Queens Watches guarantees that all watches offered for sale are 100% authentic.

Each watch is carefully inspected and authenticated by experienced watch specialists prior to being offered for sale.

Where required, watches may also be serviced, adjusted or repaired by our trusted and approved watchmakers or professional service centres to ensure they are presented in full working condition at the time of sale.

Where a watch includes its original manufacturer box, warranty card or documentation this will be clearly stated within the product listing.

Kings & Queens Watches is an independent dealer of luxury watches and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or an authorised retailer for the brands we sell unless explicitly stated.

Dealer Transparency

Kings & Queens Watches operates as an independent dealer of pre-owned luxury timepieces. All watches offered for sale are physically held in stock and available for inspection prior to dispatch unless otherwise stated.

Professional Inspection

All watches are professionally inspected and verified prior to sale, and where necessary may be serviced or adjusted by qualified watchmakers or professional service centres to ensure the watch is operating correctly at the time of sale.

Authenticity Documentation

Where available, watches may include original manufacturer documentation, warranty cards, service documentation or authentication reports. Where such documentation is present it will be clearly described within the listing. 

Warranty

Unless otherwise stated, pre-owned watches purchased from Kings & Queens Watches include a 12-month mechanical warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers the internal mechanical movement only.

The warranty does not cover:

• accidental damage
• water damage
• misuse or neglect
• normal wear and tear
• damage to cases, bracelets, clasps or crystals
• unauthorised repairs or modifications

Should a warranty issue arise the watch must be returned to Kings & Queens Watches for inspection. Repairs will be carried out by our trusted and approved watchmakers or professional service partners.

Where a watch remains covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, the manufacturer’s warranty terms will apply.

Security & Fraud Prevention

Serial Number & Component Verification

All watches sold by Kings & Queens Watches are recorded with their unique serial numbers and identifying characteristics prior to dispatch.

In the event of a return the watch will be inspected to confirm that the serial number and original components match those recorded at the time of sale.

Component Identification Record

Prior to dispatch Kings & Queens Watches records detailed information relating to each watch including serial numbers, bracelet numbers, movement identifiers, case markings and distinguishing characteristics.

These records are retained to protect both the customer and the seller.

Returns may be refused where any component substitution, removal, alteration or tampering is detected.

Chargeback & Fraud Protection

By completing a purchase the customer confirms that they are the authorised cardholder or authorised user of the payment method used.

Kings & Queens Watches reserves the right to provide order details, delivery confirmation, identity verification and communication records to payment processors, financial institutions or law enforcement authorities in the event of suspected fraudulent activity or chargeback disputes.

Buyer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring the item meets their expectations prior to purchase. Detailed descriptions and images are provided to accurately represent each watch.

Payment & Fraud Prevention

For security and fraud prevention purposes Kings & Queens Watches may require identity verification before processing or dispatching certain orders.

Kings & Queens Watches reserves the right to delay shipment where additional verification is required to ensure the legitimacy of the transaction.

We reserve the right to delay or cancel an order if payment verification cannot be completed or if fraud prevention checks raise concerns.

Orders may only be shipped to verified addresses linked to the payment method used.

Marketplace Purchases

Where a watch is purchased through a third-party marketplace including but not limited to eBay or Chrono24, the policies and buyer protections of that platform may apply and take precedence over our standard website policies where required.

Kings & Queens Watches will comply with the relevant marketplace procedures and authentication processes where applicable.

Ownership & Risk Transfer

Ownership of the watch transfers to the buyer once full payment has been received and the order has been dispatched.

Risk for the item transfers to the customer once the shipment has been delivered and signed for at the delivery address.

All shipments are fully insured during transit.

In the unlikely event of loss or damage during shipping customers should contact Kings & Queens Watches immediately so a claim can be initiated with the courier.
