Buying a pre-owned Rolex from Kings & Queens
A pre-owned Rolex is only as good as the checks behind it. Before any watch is offered for sale here it is inspected and authenticated by experienced watch specialists, and its serial number, bracelet number, movement identifiers and case markings are recorded. Unless a listing says otherwise, every watch we list is physically held in stock at our Hatton Garden showroom.

Yes. Every watch is inspected and authenticated by experienced watch specialists before it is offered for sale, and its serial number, bracelet number, movement identifiers and case markings are recorded.
Do your Rolex watches come with box and papers?
Many do. Whether a watch includes its original box, warranty card and documentation is always stated on the listing, so you know exactly what you are buying.
What warranty comes with a pre-owned Rolex?
Pre-owned watches come with our 12-month mechanical warranty from the day they are delivered, unless the listing says otherwise. It covers the movement against manufacturing defects.
Can I see a Rolex before I buy it?
Yes. Viewings are by appointment at our Hatton Garden showroom, 9 St. Cross Street, London EC1N 8UB. A £100 deposit reserves a watch for 3 working days while you arrange to see it.
Can you find a specific Rolex for me?
Yes. As well as selling from stock, we source watches. Tell us the model or reference you are looking for.
Can I part exchange my current watch?
Yes. We can offset the value of the watch you own against one from our collection in a single transaction. If your watch is worth more than the one you are buying, we pay you the difference.
Do you deliver Rolex watches?
Every watch is delivered free, fully insured and signed for anywhere in the UK, and most can be shipped internationally. You have 14 days to return a watch for a full refund.
