Every watch we sell within the UK is delivered free, fully insured and signed for. Most orders can also be shipped internationally.
UK delivery
- Free and fully insured. Delivery is complimentary on UK orders, and the watch is insured the whole way until it has been delivered and signed for.
- Prepared in 2 to 3 working days. Once payment has cleared we take 2 to 3 working days for final quality checks, verification and secure packaging before the watch leaves us.
- Tracked. You receive confirmation and tracking details as soon as it is dispatched.
- Signed for. Every delivery needs a signature. For security, parcels are never left with neighbours or in a safe place.
International delivery
We ship internationally on most orders, with the same 2 to 3 working days to prepare the watch after payment clears and tracking once it is on its way. Local customs duties, taxes or import charges may apply depending on the destination. These are the buyer's responsibility, are not included in the price, and are not refundable. Customs processing times are outside our control and can occasionally cause delays.
Keeping your watch secure
- We deliver only to verified billing or delivery addresses linked to the payment method used.
- We cannot ship to PO boxes or freight forwarding services.
- We may ask for identity or payment verification before dispatch. It protects you as much as it protects us.
When it arrives
Check it within 48 hours
Please check the watch when it is delivered and tell us about any concern with its condition within 48 hours. In the unlikely event of loss or damage in transit, contact us immediately and we will start a claim with the courier.
14 days to change your mind
If a watch is not right for you, you can return it for a full refund within 14 days of receiving it. You do not need to give a reason.
- Contact us first. Please do not post a watch to us without speaking to us. We arrange a fully insured, signed-for return at our cost, or you can bring it back to our Hatton Garden showroom by appointment.
- Return it as it arrived. Unworn beyond reasonable examination, with the box, papers, tags, spare links, warranty documents and accessories, and any factory seals or protective films intact.
- Refunded within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the watch, to your original payment method.
If a watch was sized, adjusted or engraved at your request, we refund its value less the cost of restoring it. The full details are in our Returns & Refunds policy.
Prefer to see it first?
Reserve with a £100 deposit
A £100 deposit reserves a watch for 3 working days so you can view it at our Hatton Garden showroom. The deposit is non-refundable, but on request it can be used as store credit towards another watch. Reserved watches stay on our premises until they are paid for in full.
